The former Benedictine Abbey Lüne is only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Lüneburg. It was built in its present form after a fire in 1372. The imposing courtyard is flanked by Gothic buildings and a late Baroque guesthouse.
All of the convents may only be visited as part of a guided tour, as they are still inhabited.
