Located in the heart of the old town and already visible from afar, the town’s landmark is the over 700-year-old St. Peter’s Church (“St. Petri”). The church shows classic features of Brick Gothic with pointed-arched windows. Unusually, however, it has the form of a basilica, although hall churches predominated in this area.
